Rebecca Clements is a cartoonist/illustrator based in Melbourne, Australia. She has several webcomics including KinokoFry, Me and G, and Secret Mystery Diary, as well as a kids comic, Ruffle Hall. Her work tends to be cute, colorful, full of chickens, ladybugs and bees and other such things, and full of charm and imagination. Her diary comics are as imaginary as often as they are true. She has a strong enthusiasm for environmental sustainability, social justice, etc and this comes across in her work (in particular, The Donation Project which aims to encourage people to support the things they want to exist in life, and BEC, a TED-inspired social comic featuring ideas from her readers about how they've improved their lives). Tea drinking, video games and children's books are large sources of inspiration.
Rebecca lived and worked in Japan for a number of years before becoming a full-time cartoonist. She's worked on video games, book illustration, animation storyboards and many other things. She is currently working on a children's book. She wants to see you smile.
